​Becky Pendergraft is a Nashville-based publicist, artist manager and founder of Found Sound Media, a narrative-driven PR and management company dedicated to artists who refuse to fit the mold. Known for building culturally resonant campaigns that connect art, identity and impact, Becky specializes in helping boundary-pushing artists break through traditional industry gatekeeping and authentically grow their fanbase.

Becky's work is informed by a master’s degree and two years spent on Music Row, where she rose through the ranks of a veteran publicity firm before launching Found Sound Media in June 2024. Since launching, Becky has worked closely with artists including Sarahbeth Taite, Pillbox Patti, Dani Rose, Onoleigh, Maddie Medley, Fimone, Bryan Ruby, JB Somers, SixOneTrïbe and others—securing coverage in People Magazine, Billboard, American Songwriter, Holler, The Tennessean, MusicRow, Cowgirl Magazine, Under The Radar, Nashville Scene, All Country Music, Celeb Secrets,Yahoo! and more. Found Sound artists have walked the red carpet at every major country music awards show, including the CMT, ACM, CMA, and People’s Choice Country Awards, as well as the GLAAD Media Awards, while also reaching career milestones including Grand Ole Opry debuts, slots at CMA Fest, and featured appearances at local festivals.​
In 2024, Becky was selected for CMT and mTheory’s highly competitive Equal Access grant and mentorship program. A passionate advocate for underrepresented artists—particularly women, LGBTQ+ artists, and artists of color—Becky is deeply committed to reshaping how the music industry identifies, supports and sustains diverse talent. Furthering this mission, she dedicated two years of service on the Board of Directors for Nashville’s Society of Leaders in Development (SOLID), where she has led initiatives expanding university resources for students, nonprofit partnerships, and inclusive recruitment across the organization.

Beyond music, Becky serves as Assistant Editor for Appalachian Places, a publication dedicated to the history and culture of highland regions. Whether she’s pitching a story, architecting a release strategy or building long-term artist infrastructure, Becky’s work centers on one goal: ensuring the right voices aren’t just heard, but are impossible to ignore.
